Our Time at The Cove Noosa

We’d heard amazing things about The Cove before booking, but nothing quite prepared us for just how good the location would be. You’re literally across the road from Little Cove Beach, one of the prettiest stretches of sand in Noosa and just a short stroll to Hastings Street. That perfect balance of peaceful and central is what made our holiday so effortless.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like we’d found our own private retreat. The apartments were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to settle in and relax. Within an hour of checking in, we were sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, listening to the ocean.

Location, Location, Location

The Cove’s position is unbeatable. Mornings often started with a swim at Little Cove before wandering along the coastal path into Noosa National Park. One day we were lucky enough to spot dolphins while walking towards the Fairy Pools.
When we wanted more buzz, Hastings Street was only minutes away. We’d grab gelato at Gelatissimo Noosa, browse boutiques, or settle into one of the beachfront restaurants for long, lazy lunches.  We loved the Noosa Surf Club, something for everyone, amazing views and it has a great vibe. The best part? We didn’t need a car the whole time.

Apartment Living, But Better

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that felt like a real home away from home. A full kitchen meant easy breakfasts and relaxed dinners on nights we didn’t feel like eating out. The bedrooms were roomy, the beds super comfortable, and the air-con was a blessing after warm afternoons.

The outdoor area was our favourite spot to unwind. When we weren’t at the beach, we’d relax there with a book or head downstairs to the pool and spa, which we used almost every day. Everything was spotless and well thought out from laundry facilities to beachy, modern décor.

Rooftop Views We’ll Never Forget

One evening we joined friends staying in Unit 20, which has its own rooftop terrace. The views were breathtaking, ocean on one side, national park on the other. Sitting there at sunset, glass in hand, we knew this was the kind of moment that makes Noosa so special. If you get the chance to book a rooftop apartment at The Cove, do it.

A Holiday That Fits Everyone

What stood out most was how versatile The Cove is.

• Couples can enjoy romantic sunsets, fine dining on Hastings Street, and lazy mornings by the water.
• Families benefit from the convenience of self-contained apartments, resort pool (the best!) patrolled beaches, and plenty of space for kids to stretch out.
• Friends can book larger apartments, use the pool and spa as a base, and explore Noosa’s vibrant dining and nightlife together.

It’s the kind of accommodation that works no matter what kind of trip you’re on.

Noosa Highlights from Our Stay

Some of our favourite moments included:

• Swimming at Main Beach in the morning and wandering back to Little Cove in the afternoon.
• Taking the National Park Coastal Walk and stopping at the Fairy Pools.
• Watching sunsets over the river with takeaway fish and chips.
• Exploring the boutiques on Hastings Street.
• Dining on fresh seafood at some of Noosa’s top restaurants.
• Day tripping to the Eumundi Markets and hinterland wineries.
• Spending an afternoon at Noosa Mini Golf, the kids loved it so much they went for a second round while we relaxed with a well-earned beer.

But honestly, some of the best moments were just sitting on our balcony, listening to the waves and knowing the beach was right there.
