We had a fantastic stay at The Cove. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the facilities were great. In particular, the children really loved the rooftop spa. The day before we were to leave, the spa stopped working. This was a big disappointment as
the children were hoping to get in it one last time before leaving. I reported it to reception and Caroline acted most promptly to have it looked at and fixed. So much so, that the spa was working again before the kids got back from the beach and they had
a very pleasant surprise when I told them they could get in the spa after all :-) Thank you so much. We will definitely be back and will happily recommend you to all our friends. Madhu & Raaz
